SUMMARY The pointer appearance is left unchanged from what it was before hovering over a window titlebar when moving pointer onto it (works both for pointer changed by the app the title bar belongs to and the one(s) behind it) STEPS TO REPRODUCE 0: Using a drawing tablet (not a mouse) do either A or B: Method A (one window): 1: Open an app with server-side decorations that alters the mouse pointer appearance at the top of its inner window (eg: aseprite or, Konsole (with all toolbars hidden)). 2: Hover the (drawing tablet) pointer on an element that alters the pointer's appearance at the very top of the inner window (for the aforementioned example apps this is the anywhere / the entire inner window). 3: Move the (drawing tablet) pointer onto the titlebar. Method B (multi-window): 1: Place two open windows floating atop each-other (with the upper having server-side window decorations) positioned such that the upper window's titlebar partially covers an element in the lower window that alters the mouse appearance (eg: text in a web browser). 2: Hover the (drawing tablet) pointer on said (mouse appearance altering) element of the lower window. 3: Move the (drawing tablet) pointer onto the titlebar of the upper window. 4: (optional extra) continue past where the lower window's mouse appearance altering element ends without leaving the region occupied by the upper window's titlebar. OBSERVED RESULT No change in pointer appearance from what it was changed to by previous thing hovered over (even / especially when doing step 4 of method B). EXPECTED RESULT Pointer appearance resets like it does when using a mouse.
