STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Installed AppArmour
2. Reboot

OBSERVED RESULT
KDE wallet manager shows error 
"Failed to sync wallet kdewallet to disk. Error codes are:
RC -4
SF Unknown error. Please file a BUG report using this information to bugs.kde.org "

EXPECTED RESULT
It should not do so

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Even after disabling app armour and rebooting the error persists.
