SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download latest KDEConnect from windows store (same bug on the build from the windows self contained installer) 
2. Pair a device (in my case a pixel 7)
3. Once paired, go to device > plugin settings
4. You will see all available plugins, some are unchecked
5. Try to tick a checkbox (for example enable clipboard)
6. Notice you can't check the checkbox
7. Therefore you can't enable any plugin

OBSERVED RESULT

When you try to enable a plugin, the checkbox can't be checked, therefore you can't use any plugin (for at least the plugins that are disabled by default)

EXPECTED RESULT

The checkboxes used to work, you could enable the plugins and use the app

I can confirm this bug, and I have additional details. It only affects light mode, the checkboxs worked after switching to dark mode, at least that was the case for me on Windows 11 Pro 26200.7623.
