SUMMARY
Tray icons cannot be expanded when using Vulkan renderer

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open plasma-renderer
2. set backend to vulkan
3. logout and login to click tray

OBSERVED RESULT
Tray icons cannot be expanded

EXPECTED RESULT
Tray icons can be expanded

Linux/KDE Plasma: Archlinux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.21.0
Qt Version: 6.10.1

Then don't use the Vulkan renderer. :) It's experimental and off by default for a reason.
