Login/password field not visible.

SUMMARY
Network Management don't show login/password field for Openconnect connexion.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a openconnect VPN Connection (in my case Fortinet)
2. Open connexion applet

OBSERVED RESULT
No Login/password field. See attachment

EXPECTED RESULT
Login/password visible.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 43
KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.21.0
Qt Version: 6.10.1

Last time it work was in September 2025.
