After switching from sddm to kdm and reboot I got spinner (double circle) spinning forever.

Did you actually mean KDM? Or did you mean plasma-login-manager?

I did mean plasma-login-manager as per https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/PlasmaLoginManager

Your journal logs indicate that  you are using KDM, not Plasma Login Manager. Plasma Login Manager would show up as "plasma-login" instead of "kdm".

It is also currently only available in Fedora Rawhide, which will become Fedora Linux 44.

Thanks for looking at this so quickly and I'm sorry for confusion. You are totally right.
