SUMMARY
When creating the first folder with the Ctrl+Shift+N shortcut key, it adds it into the current folder, but when i create a second one with the shortcut key, it will add it as a child folder of the first folder.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a folder with your mouse
2. Press Ctrl + Shift + N to create the first folder
3. Press Ctrl + Shift + N again to create a second folder

OBSERVED RESULT
Second folder will be created as a child folder of the first folder

EXPECTED RESULT
For the second folder to be create in the same folder as the first folder
