SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Based on instructions available at https://invent.kde.org/office/ghostwriter:
1. $ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:wereturtle/ppa
2. $ sudo apt update

OBSERVED RESULT
E: The repository 'https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/wereturtle/ppa/ubuntu noble Release' does not have a Release file.
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.
N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.

EXPECTED RESULT
Successful apt update.
