Video showing the infinite loading and icon flickering unnecessarily

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Double click any Kdenlive project file
2. You see a loading screen and it keeps loading
3. You also see rapid flickering of Kdenlive icon on taskbar
4. Project will never load until you manually hover on Kdenlive icon on taskbar and click on the window
5. See video for details

EXPECTED RESULT

It should launch flawlessly

I can confirm the problem.
Windows 11, last nightly (11849).

Once the program starts, the splash screen remains there indefinitely until you click several times over the main window (some clicks over the surrounding space and some over the splash screen itself. I couldn't find a specific pattern, though)
