Description Erik Quaeghebeur 2026-01-06 14:04:35 UTC
SUMMARY
I often maximize windows and then toggle their decorations off (F10 shortcut). When changing displays (external → laptop → external), those windows keep their size and so do not remain maximized. Windows with decorations do stay maximized, i.e., change their size to adapt to what maximal means on the new display.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open window, maximize, F10
2. Change primary display

OBSERVED RESULT
Window not maximized, keeps size

EXPECTED RESULT
Window remains maximized, size adapted
