An image showing both RTL and LTR together.

SUMMARY
When switching the Kate UI to RTL the arrows on the top left (becomes top right in RTL) are reversed towards each other.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kate in RTL (kate -reverse)
2. The arrows should face each other

OBSERVED RESULT
The arrows are reversed.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should remain facing the other directions.
