SUMMARY
The digital clock below the analog clock is reversed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the System Settings
2. Go to the Clock settings

OBSERVED RESULT
Observe the time below the analog clock (It would show the minutes before the hours - PM 24:1 in the screenshot)

EXPECTED RESULT
It should show the time as expected 1:24 PM in that case.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: NixOS 25.11
KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.20.0
Qt Version: 6.10.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The names of the days are in English as well and I'm not sure they should be.

Can you mention wow you would expect this to look? I'm not familiar with how times are supposed to look in an RTL language.

That's a separate issue; please open a new report for it.

In Hebrew we're using the exact same version as in English so: 
AM/PM (not the default): 1:24 PM (now it's PM 24:1)
24h: 13:24 (theoretically it should appear as 24:13)
