I can't seem to be able to reproduce. My settings: Operating System: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.21.0 Qt Version: 6.10.1 Kernel Version: 6.18.3-arch1-1 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 12 × AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics Memory: 16 GiB of RAM (15.4 GiB usable) Graphics Processor: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Manufacturer: ASUS My attempt at reproducing the bug: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BZ4Fg_qqOGlit-gbyUI9rjIxrnjfXbCW/view?usp=sharing
I'm also not able to reproduce this in the Emoji Selector on Plasma built from git-master
I encountered this in https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-desktop/-/merge_requests/3389#note_1366700, while testing that merge request. However I couldn't reproduce it again, and this bug was reported against 6.5, not git master. So if others are intermittently encountering it too, maybe there's something here. Regardless, I can't reproduce it anymore myself.
I was just able to reproduce it with emojier from master, but it took a good number of attempts at scrolling and resizing, and only a few of them were gone, in relatively contiguous sections – some of the flags, and some people, seemingly unrelated to the missing ones I've seen in this video and Nate's screenshot from the MR. I did see some errors in the log like Jan 07 00:10:26 X260 plasma-emojier[47002]: Malformed linear gradient in COLRv1 graph. Points: QPointF(381,44) QPointF(381,44) QPointF(381,44) I have no idea what this means and I'm pretty sure I've seen this before and it didn't cause any emoji to vanish then, so it's probably not related.
