SUMMARY
I have a 60 Hz with HDR TV. Worked on Win 11 just fine.
Just did a clean install of Bazzite 41 with updates to 43.

Thanks for using the KDE bug tracker!

However I'm afraid there's a proper way to do these things to ensure that your bug reports are actionable by the developers. That includes:
- Fill out the template, don't ignore it
- Report issues in adequate detail, including steps to reproduce
- Don't report multiple issues in one bug report
