SUMMARY
Spectacle can no longer take screenshots when launched via hotkeys set in system settings via shortcuts.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set a hotkey to take a screenshot in system settings.
2. Press the hotkey
3. You will get an error as shown below.

OBSERVED RESULT
An error occurred while taking a screenshot. KWin screenshot request failed:
The process is not authorized to take  a screenshot

EXPECTED RESULT
Screenshot is taken.

It looks like this is caused by the workaround for: #512429
