Akonadi has deleted all contacts from local storage and no longer synchronizes with Radicale via the davgroupware resource. How can I fix this problem?

All contacts were still there the day before.

I completely reinstalled Akondi last month. Everything worked perfectly until today when I discovered that all my contacts were deleted and the sync stopped working. Luckily, all my contacts are still on Radicale.
