SUMMARY

Opened a simple PDF file in Okular and tried to print it on my Epson ET-2850 printer. Although it went through the normal printing dialogue, nothing then happened. The printer remained idle and no error messages appeared. I reset the print system via the Mac's System Settings but that did not help. Outside of Okular printing is working just fine. 

The same file prints just fine in Preview or Acrobat Reader.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open Okular
2.  Open chosen PDF file within Okular
3.  Choose File/Print within Okular

OBSERVED RESULT

The print dialogue completes without error but no printing occurs

EXPECTED RESULT

The file should print.
