SUMMARY
Cannot switch activities with the activity switcher

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open activity manager
2.  try switching to another activity
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
- No switching occurs

EXPECTED RESULT
- switching to the clicked activity

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 
KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.20.0
Qt Version: 6.10.1
Graphics Platform: Wayland

Can you run: 

qdbus org.kde.ActivityManager /ActivityManager/Activities org.kde.ActivityManager.Activities.ListActivities

and paste output

qdbus org.kde.ActivityManager /ActivityManager/Activities org.kde.ActivityManager.Activities.NextActivity

and see if it switches

also provide output of ` journalctl --user -u -r plasma-kactivitymanagerd.service`

after making these calls
