STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. click on the networks icon in the system tray
2. hover over the available connections
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
as we can observe in the attached screen recording, a visual glitch affects the connected network

EXPECTED RESULT
no visual glitch

Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition
KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.80

I can reproduce. Marking as high because it's a widget everyone uses and it looks bad.

I think it's a focus/selected index issue rather than a visual glitch.
