SUMMARY
Krfb keeps running after Enable Desktop Sharing box is unchecked. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start KDE without Desktop Sharing. 
2. Open "Krfb (desktop sharing)" GUI app from launcher. Enable Desktop Sharing box is checked (!). 
3. Uncheck the box, close window. 
4. Konsole, ps aux | grep 'krfb' shows process is still running. Can attach to it. 
5. Re-opening Krfb window still shows Enable box unchecked.

kfrb follows the box - i.e. if it's checked it's running; if it's unchecked, it's not.
