SUMMARY
I use Ghostwriter nearly everyday, only started encountering this bug on my second PC (with a new fresh linux install).

Terminal output:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Ghostwriter through the third-party Fedora repo or from flathub
2. Launch Ghostwriter through the GUI or TUI
3. Wait a moment, then it crashes

Entering this into the terminal seems to have resolved the issue
