SUMMARY
While using KOrganizer, any change to the settings of Finding/Searching are retained while the application is open. When the application is closed, these are lost.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KOrganizer
2. Hit Ctl+F
3. Search for something and make changes in the Find in Calendars window that opens
4. Close KOrganizer
5. Repeat steps 1 and 2 and notice all changes made in step 3/the Find in Calendars window are reset

OBSERVED RESULT
Find/Search setting are reset whenever KOrganizer is closed

EXPECTED RESULT
Find/Search settings should survive when the KOrganizer is closed
