SUMMARY
If the favicon.ico file is not in the standard location, it's not retrieved

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new institution called USS
2. Add Favicon URL of www.uss.co.uk/assets/img/favicon/
3. Look at console

OBSERVED RESULT
1. Favicon is not retrieved
2. Console reports:
kf.kio.gui.favicons: adding QUrl("https://www.uss.co.uk/favicon.ico") to failed downloads due to error: "The file or folder https://www.uss.co.uk/favicon.ico does not exist."

EXPECTED RESULT
1. Favicon is retrieved from URL supplied

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Fedora Linux 42
KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.20.0
Qt Version: 6.9.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Also tried with URL www.uss.co.uk/assets/img/favicon/favicon.ico but makes no difference
The ICON is 48x48 and has a size of 7,406 bytes so doesn't hit the limit of KIO favicon retrieval
