scroll dont work if it touchpad remain untouched for while (like during watching videos, or on the timer and work) nothing helps until i restart 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. play a movie(2hr) and dont touch anything
2. try to scroll using touchpad


EXPECTED RESULT
when i scroll, page should move up or down

when i try to logout login 
i click the logout , then i come on a black screen and a _ thing on top left corner and i have a cursor which move where i want to move but i dont know how do i login back?

Debian advises users to not submit bugs upstream (https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting), and Plasma 6.3.6 is no longer eligible for support or maintenance from KDE. It's possible that the issue exists only in Debian at this point.

Could you report the bug to Debian using the report bug utility (https://packages.debian.org/stable/utils/reportbug)? If necessary, the maintainer of the package will forward the bug upstream.
