SUMMARY
DrKonqi asserts in CoredumpBackend::constructCrashedApplication 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Not sure, I did restart plasmashell when it happened
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libexec/drkonqi has encountered a fatal error and was closed.

EXPECTED RESULT
No crash

Happens every time plasmashell crashes when I do systemctl --user restart plasma-plasmashell it seems
