SUMMARY After setting "When power button pressed" to either "Hibernate" or "Sleep", nothing happens when the power button is pressed. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. In "System Settings"/"Power Management", set "When power button pressed" to either "Hibernate" or "Sleep". 2. 3. OBSERVED RESULT Pressing the power button does nothing. EXPECTED RESULT Pressing the power button should either hibernate the PC or enter sleep mode. I can also confirm my laptop does hibernate and enter sleep mode when these options is selected in "Application Launcher". I also want to point out that, I setup Fedora Linux with a 16 GiB swap partition.
Can you try this in a new clean user account with no other customizations? Does it also happen there?
