SUMMARY
Renaming a file/folder on desktop (from desktop) with a new name that already exists, then using a suggested name, display an error.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create "text.txt" on desktop
2. Create another file (not named "text.txt") from the desktop
3. Rename it "text.txt"
4. From the prompt "File already exist", don't override the file but click "Suggest new name"
5. Clicking on "Rename"

OBSERVED RESULT
An error "malformed URL" is displayed, and the file is not renamed.

EXPECTED RESULT
The file should be renamed accordingly to the new name (since available).
