"kdeconnectd.exe" has occupied the file, resulting in the failure of file movement.

SUMMARY
The "kdeconnectd.exe" always occupies my ".exe" files, preventing them from being moved or deleted.
Every time I want to move the ".exe" files, I have to temporarily quit KDE Connect first.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move several ".exe" files to another location

OBSERVED RESULT
The operation cannot be completed because the file has already been opened in kdeconnectd.exe.

EXPECTED RESULT
Operation successful.

Windows: Windows 11 Version 25H2
