SUMMARY
Disabling a calendar in  Calendar Events hangs Plasma.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add new calendar (https://example.com/calendar.ics) to Akonadi configuration
2. Let it sync
3. Enable it in Calendar Events
4. Confirm that events are visible in Digital Clock
5. Go to "Digital Clock Settings > Calendar Events"
6. Disable calendar
7. Press Apply

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma hangs and eats all memory.

EXPECTED RESULT
Calendar is disabled.
