SUMMARY
"Turn off screen" does now work most times. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set Turn off screen to 10min
2. Wait 10min
3. Nothing happens

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
Screen goes to sleep

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This sometimes does work but i can't figure out exactly when. I think when there is nothing running it can work but when i have open applications it wont work. Even if i minimize everything and dont touch the pc it dont trigger and monitors stay awake.

When this happens, are there any apps blocking it? You can check in the "Power and Battery" widget.
