SUMMARY
[5.3] [Toolbar] Docker Box doesn't close after opening Tool Options in Docker Box while Text Tool is active

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add Docker Box action to the Toolbar
2. Switch to the Text Tool (icon looks like a T )
3. In the Docker Box, access the Tool Options docker

OBSERVED RESULT
When you try to click out of the docker, the Docker Box popup won't close.

EXPECTED RESULT
The Docker Box popup disappears.
