SUMMARY
Using a 8000Hz polling rate mouse will lag spectacle when using capture rectangular region on spectacle!

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a mouse with 8000Hz polling rate
2. Launch spectacle
3. Attempt to capture rectangular region 

OBSERVED RESULT
The tool will become very laggy

EXPECTED RESULT
The capture window should be smooth like it is at lower polling rates

This should be fixed with Qt 6.11 that batches mouse operations
