SUMMARY
KDE 6.5 breaks `wl-paste --watch`

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. sudo apt install wl-clipboard
2. run `wl-paste --watch cat`
3. copy "foo" to the clipboard
4. copy "bar" to the clipboard

OBSERVED RESULT
An error message is printed:
Watch mode requires a compositor that supports the wlroots data-control protocol

EXPECTED RESULT
"foo" and then "bar" are printed.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Debian GNU/Linux 14 testing/forky
KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.20.0
Qt Version: 6.9.2

Using the packages of KDE software from Debian.

This does not occur on Debian GNU/Linux 13 stable/trixie.

We support ext_data_control_manager_v1 which is the newer standardised version of the wlroots data-control protocol
