Me trying to click the buttons that are not working.

SUMMARY
On Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS, some buttons in UI (specifically favorite effects, add clip or folder and keyframe interpolation) do not work - nothing happens upon clicking. Sometimes, when I wait a second or two for the button explanation to appear, clicking then works, but still only sometimes.
note: When installing with "apt install kdenlive" it works, but apt has an older version that misses some features.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install kdenlive on Ubuntu via Snap, Flatpak or the official App Image
2. Open and try the buttons.

OBSERVED RESULT
The mentioned buttons (specifically favorite effects, add clip or folder and keyframe interpolation), will not work as expected (they will work only 10% of the time).

EXPECTED RESULT
I would expect the buttons to work normally but they don't.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
I use the default Gnome desktop on Ubuntu 24.04.3.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have tried it on another computer, also with ubuntu and had gotten the same result. I would also again like to point out that the apt version of kdenlive does not have this issue, but is too outdated for me to use. That is why I want to use the flatpak or snap. I flagged this bug as "major" since it makes the application practically unusable.

Hi, I figured out what is the problem. It is wayland (the gnome x11 version works)

Sorry, I mean the "gnome xorg" version :D
