Issue on Plasma 6.5.4

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Delete a file.
2. Rename a file to the same name of the deleted file.

OBSERVED RESULT
The file moves to where the previous one with that name was, which likely means that the system is storing names.

EXPECTED RESULT
Deleted files' names should not be stored, which would allow the file to remain in its place.

In your screenshot, how did you delete "A.webm"

Are you able to verify that "A.webm" is listed somewhere in ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc?

I checked and there's no "A.webm".

Thanks. And how did you delete "A.webm" originally?

Issue on Plasma 6.5.4

It seems it's not related to deleted files (see attachment).

There are two anomalies:
1- It's not staying in the same place.
2- It's Going to the second place in the grid.
