SUMMARY
OSD window appears when settings are opened to OSD settings, and says to relocate to desired location, but window is not relocatable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Settings -> Configure Konversation
2. Under Notifications on the left, select On Screen Display
3. OSD popup appears in center of screen, but cannot be moved

OBSERVED RESULT
OSD window is not movable.

EXPECTED RESULT
Based on description in OSD popup, expected to be able to drag it to desired screen location
