Dolphin - bug - cut two row text

SUMMARY
In the Dolphin settings there is a description text in German that is so long it spans over two rows. The text's upper and lower half are cut off 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to settings in German language (maybe English as well)
2. Ansicht (View) -> Allgemein (general? The first tab)

OBSERVED RESULT
The text's upper and lower half are cut off as if the text boxed had a fixed size and is not expanding if there is more text that needs more room. 

EXPECTED RESULT
Text being shown in two rows without anything cut off
