SUMMARY
List navigation smooth animation doesn't obey system-wide animation setting


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System settings
2. Set Animations > Global animation speed to Instant
3. Open Filelight
4. Generate report for directory with many directories on one level
5. Focus topmost element
6. Press ↑ on keyboard to focus on the last element

OBSERVED RESULT

1. Directory list scrolls to contain focused directory with animation
2. Cyclical navigation has delay

EXPECTED RESULT
Navigation with Instant global animation setting should work with no animations
