SUMMARY
As the title says, the stars in Elisa are blurry when the window is a certain size, and they are not blurry when I make the window smaller, I will attach screenshots of how it looks


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Resize the windows

OBSERVED RESULT
The stars become blurry

EXPECTED RESULT
The stars don't become blurry

this is actually happening with the rotated monitor icons from the settings app, so It's not an Elisa only bug but a general one
