The Google Maps JavaScript API is a paid service. You can obtain your own API key from Google, which includes a free monthly data allowance, but you'll need to provide a credit card. You can set the API key in the digiKam setup, and then Google Maps will work. We have users who are using this method. You set In the first tool button on the left, select the Marble map and then choose OSM. https://docs.digikam.org/en/setup_application/geolocation_settings.html#google-maps-settings https://docs.digikam.org/en/right_sidebar/maps_view.html Maik
