Glitches while tiling

SUMMARY
Glitches while tiling.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag window to a side of the screen.
2. Move it between different tiling zones.
3. See glitches.

OBSERVED RESULT
Glitches while tiling.

EXPECTED RESULT
No glitches while tiling.

Interesting. I'm not able to reproduce the issue on current git master by replicating what you're doing in that screen recording, though.

I'm using an AMD GPU and not an NVIDIA GPU, if that makes a difference.
