SUMMARY
When I add an EWS account and enter login credentials via OAuth, the login window disappears and the account is not listed in the Settings window under "Accounts"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to settings window, accounts tab, click "Add Account"
2. Select "Microsoft Exchange Server (EWS)" from the options
3. Click "Try Connect" and enter credentials in OAuth window

OBSERVED RESULT
OAuth window closes, EWS account is not added to account list

EXPECTED RESULT
EWS account is added to list and available in "Calendars" pane in main window
