icon placement bug

1 - when I restart my computer the icons are on the bad screen and not where i placed them.

2 - the on the  desktop folder parameter / icons, when i  set  in column  it place icons on line and vice versa

What version of Plasma are you using? 6.5.3? 6.5.4?
