STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Startup system
2. Wait if it shows the login panel for mounting disks or not.
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
Irregular auto mount second SSD

How have you set your disks to auto-mount?

First I set the auto-mount through system settings. When that didn't work I used Gnome-Disks. But this didn't work either.

I'd recommend using KDE Partition Manager. It'll make the necessary changes to /etc/fstab.

It only happening sometimes is strange. Could you provide your /etc/fstab file?
