SUMMARY
When running the latest flatpak, the application fails to load/start.  The system is running a vanilla Kinoite install with distrobox as the only overlay (information below).  The application neochat is installed via flatpak + flathub.

When running - the application does not render.

The system is a vanilla Fedora Kinoite install with distrobox as the only overlay

1.  `flatpak run org.kde.neochat`

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

Application runs as expected

Sorry about that, this seems to be a bug in Qt. You can work around it by running

rm .var/app/org.kde.neochat/cache/KDE/neochat/qmlcache/ -rf

Confirming that this did fix the issue and the application opens normally now.  Thank you for the help.
