SUMMARY
With 115% scaling I have graphical artifacts at plasmashell panel and sometimes even under it. There are some other cases of these lines appearing in different applications.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change fractional scale to 115% for one monitor
2. Start using system

OBSERVED RESULT
At some point lines will start to appear

EXPECTED RESULT
No lines

This looks like a graphics driver bug, please report this issue to AMD developers.
