STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDE Linux
2. Open "Discover"
3. Go to "Setting" tab

OBSERVED RESULT

UI layout for the "Flatpak" section seems broken

Ahh, this. It was an unfortunate regression that's already fixed by https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kirigami/-/commit/19127672cd812d177192cf84da4107f9abed2934.

It will be released in the Frameworks 6.21.1 bugfix update.

Sorry for the regression!
