Created attachment 187605 [details] Example of the bug and settings used to generate result. SUMMARY When you first open dolphin the view item text defaults to a system-level color instead of the color set in a specified Window Color Scheme. Depending on what color schemes you have set in dolphin and/or plasma the text can become unreadable when you first open the app (if you're opening dolphin outside of plasma it defaults to what I presume is a light theme). Once the bug occurs you can work around it by toggling between window color schemes to make the view text appear correctly but you'd need to do it every time you open the app which can be annoying. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Set dolphin's color scheme to a dark color scheme (ex. Breeze Dark) and close it. 2. Then in Plasma's global settings set the color scheme to a light theme (ex. Breeze Light) and apply it. 3. Then reopen dolphin. OBSERVED RESULT If you followed my above instructions what you should see is a dolphin app whose colors are largely dark and items in the view have dark text which can make it unreadable. EXPECTED RESULT When I first open dolphin I expect view text to be set based off the color scheme that is set by the user and only use the system setting if the "Default" option is picked as the Window Color Scheme.
