SUMMARY
Virtual Desktop "Fade" animation when switching, breaks functions on other virtual desktops.
Meaning that when I switch to a Virtual Desktop, my Menu becomes transparent (it is blurred), 
and Desktop Overview doesn't work anymore (bound to Meta key).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. (Optional: Install Klassy, Blurred Theme, set Virtual Desktops to 4 Rows to have Vertical Desktop)
2. enable "Show animation when switching"
3. set to "Fade"
4. Switch Desktop
5. Try "Desktop Overview" Shortcut, and look at the KDE App Launcher

OBSERVED RESULT
Desktop Overview not Working.
KDE App Launcher not Blurred but Transparent.

EXPECTED RESULT
Desktop Overview Working.
KDE App Launcher Blurred.
