STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Shutdown you modem+router, then start them up.

OBSERVED RESULT
You receive a notification showing that the wi-fi connection is active, and the widget icon indicates a fully functioning connection, then about 15 seconds after, the yellow exclamation mark appears on the wi-fi icon and the limited connection notification appears.

EXPECTED RESULT
A loading circle should be on the wi-fi icon, and the notification should just say "Connecting to WifiName..."
